1. What this is
This website and the Rich Pillock social media channels ("our content") feature Rich Pillock, a fictional comedy character created with artificial intelligence. Our content is satire, parody and general information, provided for entertainment.
2. No advice and no reliance
Our content is not financial, investment, pensions, tax, legal or other professional advice and is not a personal recommendation. It does not take your circumstances into account. Rich Pillock, his history, wealth, losses, family, home and possessions are fictional. Images, video and voices are generated or altered with AI. Where a real book, author, organisation or product is mentioned, it is for review, criticism, comment, quotation or parody, and no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

All rights reserved. You may view our content and share it using the sharing tools of the platform it appears on, with the credit left intact. You must not copy, re-upload, edit, remix, sell, use in advertising, train AI models on, or make merchandise from our content, character, crest or catchphrases without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use our content or name to impersonate Rich Pillock or us, to suggest we endorse anything, to mislead anyone, or to promote any scheme, investment, crypto-asset or financial product.
8. Third parties and platforms
Links to other websites and social media platforms are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Meta (Instagram, Facebook), YouTube, Google, X or any other platform.
9. Adverts
We will clearly label any paid or sponsored content as an advert. We do not accept promotions for investments, trading, crypto-assets, credit or other regulated financial products.
